Innovative recycling of photovoltaic silicon into high value nano-silica

There is a significant growth of renewable energy worldwide. The solar plants will generate 1630 GW by 2030. About 8 mln tons of PV panels waste are projected by 2050. We realize how important will be to make ready to use technologies that will address such significant increase of waste these industry generating. Unfortunately, not all components of PV panels can be recycled into reusable materials. Crushed silicon from PV panels sent to landfill often because there is limited applications exist.

Our Technology helps to recycle this silicon powder into highly demanding material that can be reused in many areas and brings value to economy as we solve several tasks. First of all we help to recycle waste so that save our environment from the toxic materials and we supply recycled nano silica to customers in local market. The overall effect from this is that there is no need to purchase it from abroad and transport it. The original industrial nano silica production is not clean and consumes a lot of energy and chemicals. As a result there is a huge emission of pollutants in the air including CO2 to produce it. Our method is eco-friendly and low energy consuming.
